Rosalie Olunloyo heads the Pearl team and is professionally qualified in HR management and is a seasoned people resource specialist. With a track record spanning over 15 years HR experience her portfolio and knowledge cover all employment sectors in European and African nations.
As a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (a top three member in Uganda at this level) her particular interest is in employee engagement – choosing to investigate the competencies that increase levels of organisational performance for her Masters qualification.
Rosalie is one of just two Gallup Certified Strengths Coaches, with less than five in the region and has strong motivational, communication and personable skills, she is a self-starter, confident with cultural change and skilled in the design and implementation of effective policy and procedures to practice. She recognises her strengths and seeks opportunities where she can put these to work.
She is committed to delivering the highest standards of performance and delivery in all areas of business practice.
