We normally charge per seat per month (8hr shift), i.e. a client has a dedicated number of seats (or workstations) which are occupied by Customer Care Reps. All costs of running the service (staff salary, internet, telephone, overheads) are loaded on that seat. The more seats a client has, the cheaper it becomes per seat (economies of scale).
The monthly price will increase if a client wants to work longer than 1 shift (8hr; 8am-5pm) as this will mean adding a new Customer Care Rep for the next shift (following labour laws). We can also charge per hour or per call depending on the client’s needs.
