We are a Christian center by the Anglican church of Kenya located on the south coast 400 meters from Likoni ferry along Shelly beach road. It is well situated with the cool breeze from the Indian ocean and in a quiet christian aromatic atmosphere.

Adventist LMS Guest House & Conference Centre is a Seventh-day Adventist Church Institution run by East Kenya Union Conference. Its inauguration was done by Elder Robert S. Folkenberg the then President of General Conference on May 12, 1998, as a training facility for literature evangelists.

This initial objective is reflected in the initials ‘LMS’ standing for Literature Ministry Seminary. The Centre has since grown to be an institution of choice for both Adventists and Non-Adventists a like.  At the time of inauguration, the institution had 39 accommodation rooms, 4 conference halls and 2 lounges.

The facility has since extended to a new block we call South Wing with 16 additional  more rooms and a large conference hall that can hold up to 200 pax!

The South wing was opened on November 25, 2007, by Pr Geoffrey Mbwana, the then East Central Africa Division President and current vice president of the General Conference.

Beehive Cottages has been patronised by guests from far and wide as a tourist destination. Now there is an opportunity to lease two cottages on long-term in periods of 2 years. Honeycomb, by the beachfront has been snapped up, Queensnest which is adjacent and also facing the beachfront is available and so is Forager which is about 250m from the beachfront but sharing the same compound. The Miti Mingi Eco Camp is located 500 meters from the Ololaimutiek  Masai Mara entrance gate. The camp is nestled under a canopy of indigenous trees (Miti Mingi) – meaning many trees creating a cool retreat from the heat of the plains, the leafy canopy attracts large variety of bird life all day long and you will be gently awaken by a chorus of bird call every morning.

The camp  has permanent self contained tents with private toilets and hot/cold showers in single beds, double beds, twin beds and triple beds and family tents.

At the camp lighting is provided by our diesel run generator which runs from 6.30pm in the evening up to 10.00 o’clock. We are in the process of installing power lighting to guarantee continuity in lighting. Sockets are provided in all tents for charging of digital cameras and mobile phones.
