The Central Archdiocesan Province Caritas Association (CAPCA) is a development arm of the Central Archdiocesan Province comprising six partner organizations also referred to as agencies. The agencies are; Caritas Kampala, Caritas Kasana Luwero (Kasanaensis), Caritas Kiyindi-Mityana, Caritas MADDO, Caritas Lugazi and Tusuubira Women’s Group. Hence CAPCA projects are managed on a consortium basis.

The Central Archdiocesan Province Caritas Association (CAPCA) is a non-profit organization registered in 2006 with a registration number 83056. CAPCA is driven by the desire to improve the social, economic conditions of the poor, marginalized and vulnerable people especially rural women and youth through empowering communities for sustainable livelihoods.
