Welcome To LIFE Ministry Uganda From its humble Beginning in 1951 when Dr. Bill Bright responded to God’s vision to start a ministry of evangelism and discipleship among university students at University College of Los Angeles, the organization has grown from two local staffs (Bill and Vonette Bright) to more than 21,000 international staff worldwide. The ministry was introduced in Uganda in 1971.
