Better HAG Uganda (Better Health Action Group Uganda) is a registered and incorporated National Non Government Organization in Uganda. The organization was founded in 2008 by Arnold Josephs Kituyi who mobilized 11 other colleagues to join him in championing the cause of better health with regard to sexual and reproductive health, HIV and AIDS, MNCH as well as support to orphans and other vulnerable children (OVC) in the country. The organization has since 2010 integrated activities consistent with sustainable environment and natural resources management in contribution to the global campaign towards climate change mitigation and/or adaptation following the Bududa mudslide tragedy which claimed and displaced hundreds of lives. From a small humanitarian group, Better HAG Uganda has evolved into a National NGO with the National Secretariat in Mengo-Kampala and active branch Offices in Mbale and Manafwa districts of Eastern Uganda.
