WELCOME TO BCCEF Brethren Care and Community Empowerment Foundation (BCCEF) was formed in 2009 but it fully registered with the ministry of internal affairs in 2011 with registration number S.5914/9409. Aware of the many unemployment problems among the youth, poverty, destitute needy and orphaned children in the country brought about by the HIV/AIDS and civil strife in the country and aware that there are efforts through government and non-government organizations to ensure a bright and stable future for the new generation, mindful of the freedom to associate granted by the Uganda constitutional and our inspiration for social and community based development, justice, peace, and national prosperity we therefore resolved to put our brains together to help the needy in the country more so in rural areas hence the idea to start and register BCCEF as an NGO
