Founded by Mr Ivan Kakembo, the aim of the Uganda Youth Soccer Academy (UYSA) is to offer opportunities to the disadvantaged youth of Uganda through football and education. UYSA is one of the prominent non-profit soccer academy which supports and is dedicated to promote soccer to the youth sector. A community based soccer academy that aims to discover potential and talented players and prosper their knowledge to become good role models in the community. The academy has in place specific developmental programs for children of all ages, boys and girls, regardless of their religion, economic status and political affiliations. These programs consist of the latest methods and equipments to achieve the best results. Beneficiaries of the organization undergo rigid sports training under the supervision of professional coaches that have devoted their time and talent to fulfil the objectives of the Soccer Academy.
