International Needs has been working to free children, families and communities from the cruelty of poverty and injustice. As a Christian development organization we want to help the weakest among us reach his or her full potential. We build relationships with local leaders and work with them to improve the quality of life in their community. We respect the leadership of our indigenous partners who live and work in the communities we seek to serve, recognizing their unique understanding of the culture. As these leaders work to implement change, we offer encouragement and resources to accomplish goals that are embraced by the community. Our main focus is sustainability. Our programs and initiatives must fit naturally with the communities we serve and have a positive long-term impact on the health and well-being of the community.
