Hand To Hand Multi-Purpose Initiatives established in 2013, is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered by the Uganda National NGO Board in the Ministry of Internal Affairs under registration number S. 5914/10858. The organization exists to improve the quality of life of Ugandans through the implementation of programme interventions for improved livelihoods. It does this by conducting targeted education programs on health through various approaches including interpersonal communication leading to adoption of health seeking behaviours and practices and also creating employent opportunitites for the unemployed youth, young urban women.
