Heart For Global Grace Ministries (HGGM) is a christian non-profit making organization operating in Mubende District in Uganda. Born from a life affected by a long experience of tribal conflicts, violence, discrimination caused by a poor leadership and a bad colonial legacy of ethnic divisions in the currently called Great Lakes Region. Failure to manage those differences have resulted into violent conflicts and permanent wars in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), which led its founders on long journey of refugee life. HGGM was then founded as a voice of hope, healing and reconciliation among communities affected by the bad experience of war, conflict and other human rights violations. It is refugee led and operates through a church based approach. We want to give a voice to the real victims which the statistics mention just as numbers.
