In 2010 Lenneke acted upon vision to go and help street children in Uganda. She gave up her job, home and life in the Netherlands and went to Uganda, East-Africa. There she met former street child Ronald (nickname Bonnie). Who was already in the process of supporting street children. Together they founded NGO Hearts-Vision (registered since 2012). Now they are married and have 2 children: Alisha and Jayden
