PARTNERS
CPA Julius Tumuhimbise - Managing Partner.
Julius is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics, and a Masters in Business Administration from Makerere University, Uganda.
He is an experienced Financial and Business Advisor with over 13 years experience in the fields of Audit, Accountancy services, Financial Management, Tax & Business Advisory services, Strategic Planning, Capacity Building and Training among others.
Julius is the International Contact Partner of HLB in Uganda ( A global Accounting Network comprising of Member Firms including Jim Robert & Association in over 140 countries with Independent Accounting and Business Advisors), he's a council member of Insolvency Practioners of Uganda.
He's also a representative of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) on the International Audit Committee to the Council of Makerere University. He's a member of Professional Standards Committee and the Practioners Forum Steering Committee of ICPAU. Currently he's the Treasurer Lions Club of Kampala Central.
Julius has previously been a senior member of management at PFK Uganda, TMK & Co, and Centenary Bank
CPA James O. Onyoin.
James holds a Honorary Doctorate in Corporate Governance Leadership from the Common Wealth University and the London Graduates School.
He's a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Project Management Practioner, Tax Professional, and holds a Masters of Business Administration(MBA) Oxford Brooks University UK, B, Com degree from MUK. He's a memberof the Institute of Public Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU).
He also holds a post Graduate Diploma in Income Tax Administration (DITA).
He's a Public Financial Management (PFM) and Governance Expert with extensive hands-on experience of over 20 years in PFM and Tax Reforms, project design, management, Implementation, evaluation and quality assurance of Integrated Financial Management Information Systems in the African region ( The Gambia, Kenya, Liberia, Lesotho, Uganda, Ethiopia, Sudan, South Sudan, South Africa and Tanzania). James previously held senior management positions at the Tropical Bank, Uganda Revenue Authority, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and PWC.
He's a board member at ESKOM Uganda, Citibank Uganda, CEO Summit Uganda, and the League of East African Director and is a member of the Parliamentary Commission Internal Audit Committee. James chairs the Audit and Risk Committee at ESKOM and the Board Audit Committee at Citibank. James is a member of the adjunct faculty at the Strathmore Business School.
CPA Robert Otala - Senior Partner
Robert is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Public Accountants (FCCA) UK, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Public Internal Auditor (CIA), holds an MBA of Edinburg Business School, UK and a B. Com degree from Makerere University.
He's a Public Financial Management expert with over 20 years experience and extensive knowledge in the development, implementation and running of accounting, auding, and financial reporting systems and software packages both in the public and private sector.
He's also experienced in developing and strengthening the capacity of varous governments in the management and sustainability of the IFMIS implementations and other associated Public Financial Management and Reforms including: Implementation of Financial Management Systems across Africa in counntries such as Uganda, The Gambia, Liberia and Rwanda.
