We are non-governmental, non-political, working since 2011 as a community Based Organization (CBO) in Wakiso District. HSI gained NGO status in 2017 after registering with NGO Board. We create awareness to the Community; we look for our children wheel chairs and transport children for specialized treatment. Mission: To improve on the health status of children with hydrocephalus and spinabifida through information dissemination, prevention and treatment. Vision: Children free from all kinds of health ill risks
