We, the undersigned Founder Leaders Uganda-Indonesia Friendship Association (UGINFA) inspired by the fact that we as a people in Uganda and Indonesia need to unite and Associate in order to find lasting solutions to issues concerned with our community because we have a shared history, we need to work forward for a harmonized well being of the citizen’s economic prosperity; it is our belief, focus and vision that the said issues can best be solved if we as stakeholders take the lead to find time tested, affordable and apparent solutions to the needs of our communities; and we undertake for and on behalf of Members present, future and yet to be born, do constitute ourselves into an Organisation known as UGANDA – INDONESIA FRIENDSHIP ASSOCIATION as Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) which is not a profit making organisation, this 3rd day of February 2018 whose Constitution is to be launched soon after its promulgation and registration.
