Reach the Un-reached Ministry (RETUM) is a volunteer non-profit interdenominational Christian organization whose purpose is to promote positive change in unreached communities for the glory of God. It was established in 1999 in Kampala, Uganda to reach out to people in poor and underserved communities with the gospel of Jesus Christ. As a result of the great commission to preach the good news in Word and Deed, the ministry is now going ever further to reach mankind throughout East Africa and in different parts of the world. The purpose of Reach the Unreached Ministry is carried out by doing the things that Jesus did (John 14:12) and to be both salt and light in the world (Matthew 5:13-16). Jesus’s life and ministry, motivated by the purest of love, consisted of healing the sick, setting the captives free, and preaching the good news of himself as God in the flesh, the Lamb of God who would provide salvation to the world, and making disciples that were empowered to do the things tha
