Health is one of the main components in improving the quality of life and quality healthcare is the benchmark for achieving the policy of poverty eradication. However, the health infrastructure in Uganda is still not ample enough given the fact that access to health services is still difficult by the vulnerable communities. Having observed the failure to access health care services by a number of households in the community, Serenity Trust Organisation-STO aims to work with the community to provide free healthcare services to the population at risk in districts of Jinja, Kampuli, Mayuge, Iganga, Namutumba, Bugiri, Buikwe and many others.
