Shine Outreach Ministries works by strengthening Children and women in slums, urban and rural poor communities by delivering compassion and care to orphans, street, slum and needy children ,Elderly people, people with disabilities, prisoners, Widows through businee skills traing and Leadership training. This has become successful story through the assistance of our partners who have supported us spiritually, financially and materially.
