The Ministry of Sport, Arts and Culture was created by the Government of Zimbabwe in September 2013, to develop and promote excellence in sport, arts and cultural products and services, for the social cohesion, economic empowerment and nation building of Zimbabweans. The Clients’ Charter was developed in consultation with the Ministry’s Parastatals and Technical and Service Departments. The purpose of this Charter is to reflect who we are, the nature of our services and the high standards of service that our clients should expect from us. The Charter also gives information on how our clients can give us feedback on our performance against the set standards. The Ministry undertakes to efficiently and effectively oversee the management, coordination and implementation of sport, arts and cultural programmes in the country
