In 1995 the availability of good and innovative office furniture in Zimbabwe was almost non-existent. Being involved with the design and shopfitting of modern shops and corporate offices this glaring lack of availability highlighted an opportunity to create a business that would specialize in the supply of modern office furniture. Visits to European trade shows was an eye opener for the rather conservative and outdated Zimbabwean mindset. This initiated an excitement for the opportunities that awaited a new business with the vision to radically reform the mundane office environment. Chair Crazy was born from this vision in 1996 and decades later remains a leader in the office furniture supply chain.
