The Institute of Management & Information Technology (IMIT) is the Training Institute based under CATS Tanzania Limited. Established in 1987, and formerly known as the ICL Training Center, its principal aim consists of rendering training services in areas of Business Management and Information Technology. IMIT, a division of CATS Tanzania Ltd, was the first vocational training institute in Tanzania offering computer courses. The primary objective of the Institute is to promote IT in the country by offering quality training to everyday users as well as to students aspiring to become IT professionals.
