With over 3 years experience in finding gainful employment for people with disabilities, within a range of companies in Tanzania, we have the expertise to help both job seekers and employers reach their employment goals. Tanzanian legislation requires employers with 20 or more employees to reserve at least 3% of jobs for people with disabilities. Radar Development promotes disability in the workplace by raising awareness of the value of employing people with disabilities and reducing stigma.
