There are two separate cardiovascular and weights studios featuring ultra-modern Technogym equipment. Classes are run throughout the week in step aerobics, kick boxing, yoga, pilates and much more. The swimming pool has dedicated lanes for your exercise routines and there are also two fully air conditioned squash courts. Open Mon-Fri from 5:30 am - 9 pm, Sat, Sun & Public Holidays from 7am-7pm.
