All our air-conditioned conference halls are fitted with modern and sophisticated equipment essential for successfully orchestrating conventions, summits and workshops. High quality seating and table arrangements ensure maximum comfort and functionality. The Kilwa and Pangani Conference rooms both seat 150 pax comfortably. They are divided by a partition, which when removed gives a joint capacity for 300 delegates. They are conveniently situated above the Mateti Restaurant. A further three (3) conference halls, all with the same high level of equipment and design are: Rufiji Hall with a capacity of 100 pax, Mafia Hall with a capacity of 70 pax, andUjiji hall with a capacity of 80 pax. These three halls share a joint capacity of 250 delegates. All halls are fitted with wall-to-wall carpeting and are sound proofed. All halls are also perfectly suited for hosting banquets and social events.
