Help Other People Excel (H.O.P.E) Tanzania is a nonprofit foundation with the purpose of introducing primitive communities around Lake Eyasi region to excel and meet normal important basic needs.

Lake Eyasi region is inhabited by nomadic pastoralist, hunting and gathering society. The land is so new to social economic activities and facilities. Helping Other People Excel Tanzania (H.O.P.E Tanzania) also run by then Lake Eyasi Girls Vocation Centre has been around the region since 2009. The organization has been working hard to transform local communities to earn education and access to proper health care.
