ABUTIP Asbl is a non-profit association that was created on April 18, 2003, following a Constituent General Assembly of its founding members. The Association thus created has been endowed with the statutes of a non-profit organization whose legal personality was obtained on June 27, 2003 by Ministerial Order No. 897 carrying its approval. By virtue of its statutes, its mode of intervention is carried out within the framework of the delegated project management as the Execution Agency of a project and as the MOD of part of the project. The Association has more than ten years of experience in delegating to project management. Its mission is to execute and manage projects comprising works, public utility supplies, and consultant services in the field of economic and social development projects, on behalf of the Government and local communities; in accordance with a defined program, at a budgeted cost and within prescribed deadlines.
