Turame Community Finance is a microfinance institution that officially launched its activities in Burundi in 2004 as a World Relief Burundi project. On January 30, 2007, Turame was approved by the Central Bank as a second category microfinance company operating in the territory of Burundi. We provide savings, credit, and Bible training in business management. Today Turame is a microfinance of HOPE International, a network of microfinances and financial institutions, which works in sixteen (16) countries around the world. We also have two other shareholders like; World Relief Corporation and Mars Hill Bible Church. All of our 3 shareholders mentioned above are based in the United States
