The F.S.T.S is a cooperative of workers in the health sector whose vision is to strive to be a benchmark client-oriented microfinance and source of the socio-economic well-being of its members. The missions of the FSTS are:promote personal effort and individual initiative through the practice of savings; combat attrition through cooperation by providing its members with the credits they need for any operation deemed economically and socially credible according to the content of the credit policy developed by the FSTS; provide members with financial and non-financial services other than credit within the limits provided for by the regulations in force; promote cooperative / financial education of members.
