It is a private educational establishment subject to Egyptian laws. It prepares pupils of all nationalities for an excellent education in French and in Arabic. it guarantees the teaching of Arabic, English and Spanish. it teaches the official curricula of general education as per the French National Ministry of Education. it favours broad-mindedness and encourages pupils to practise intercultural exchange by offering school trips abroad to France and to other countries. it offers various extracurricular activities according to the different age groups, such as football, basketball, table-tennis, karate, ballet and drama. in September, 2006, it was accredited as one of the schools of the French Secular Mission, which recommends schools to be respectful of freedom and of the individual conscience and which educates pupils in « two cultures and three languages ».
