Now part of BUA Cement Plc, Edo Cement Company Limited operates at the Obu-Okpella industrial corridor in Edo State where BUA has built and expanded a multi-line cement plant; following BUA Group’s acquisition of Edo Cement in 2009 and subsequent consolidation, the Obu plant has three production lines with multi-million-ton capacity, reliable captive power and modern quarrying and clinker processing facilities that serve distributors across southern Nigeria from its strategic location on the Benin–Okene Expressway.
